Fed: Rudd says his office missed email on Long Tan

Opposition leader KEVIN RUDD says his office will introduce a new system to ensure
emails aren't missed .. after the Sunrise dawn service fiasco.

Mr RUDD says he didn't know about an email advising his office of concerns about Seven
Network plans .. for a fake dawn service at Long Tan in Vietnam.

Mr RUDD has told ABC Radio his staff didn't show him the email because they were too busy.

He says from now on .. more senior staff will check all emails.
